TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES GERAIS DE Participação Do Evento “EDUCONNECTING BRAZILIAN MARKET”.
Estes Termos e Condições Gerais de participação aplicam-se ao evento “Educonnecting Brazilian Market”, ofertada por meio das plataformas digitais (Facebook e Instagram) da Educonnecting Student Agency.

- DO OBJETO:
O presente instrumento tem por objeto estabelecer as condições contratuais ao evento “Educonnecting Brazilian Market”, a qual é direcionada para as pessoas que possuem o interesse em participar do evento e estarem presentes na Educonnecting Student Agency, na data e horário determinado.
O participante do evento que aplicar para cozinhar e trazer uma comida brasileira deve comparecer 30 minutos antes do evento iniciar e deverá este trazer a comida pronta para servir e o seu próprio equipamento para manter a comida fresca durante o evento.
O participante do evento que inscrever-se em nosso site e reservar um lugar no evento deverá comparecer no horário de início do evento e este irá experimentar as comidas oferecidas pelos cozinheiros participantes e votará usando Educash dinheiro do monopoly em quem deve ganhar o prêmio de melhor comida brasileira do evento.
Este evento terá vigência a partir das 4pm até às 6pm do dia 06/07/2021.
Importante:
– Somente as pessoas que se registrarem terão a sua vaga reservada e poderão participar do evento. O evento acontecerá nas cidades de Sydney e Gold Coast.
– O valor de $50 dólares oferecidos como incentivo para o participante do evento que registrar-se para cozinhar apenas será concebido com o preenchimento da invoice informando seus dados e o seu número de ABN. O valor só será pago no dia do evento para aqueles que comparecem com a comida e que seguirem os protocolos de como esta deverá ser servida no dia do evento.
– Será oferecido somente um prêmio no dia do evento. O prêmio sera de $1.000,00 dólares australianos, sendo este pago em $500,00 em dinheiro no dia do evento e $500,00 dólares pagos por produtos que iremos solicitar durante os nossos eventos de 2021. Enviaremos a solicitação dos produtos com até 1 semana de antecedência.
– Teremos número limitado de participantes para o evento que será de 10 participantes que aplicarem para trazer uma comida brasileira e 50 pessoas que aplicarem para comparecer como convidado.
– A Educonnecting se reserva no direito de, a qualquer momento, estar fotografando o evento e fotografando os participantes para utilizarmos na divulgação das nossas redes sociais e site.
- DO CADASTRO:
Para o devido cadastro junto ao site, o participante deverá fornecer integralmente os dados requeridos. Ao enviar os dados e tivermos a confirmação de seu cadastro, será disparado uma mensagem eletrônica incluindo todas as informações sobre o dia do evento. Deverá ser conferido no endereço eletrônico cadastrado a mensagem que enviaremos com todos os detalhes do evento.
- EVENTO E PRÊMIO
O evento será realizado no dia 06/06/2021 e no dia 13/06/2021 (*se recebermos mais de 10 inscrições para chefes*) e será no escritório da Educonnecting Student Agency nos seguintes endereços:
Educonnecting Gold Coast 1/34 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217
Educonnecting Sydney Suite 302, Level 3, 249 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
Será considerado para o prêmio, todos os participantes que realizaram seu cadastro para trazer uma comida brasileira ao evento e seguiram o protocolo de chegar 30 minutos antes do evento iniciar e trouxeram a comida devidamente pronta para ser consumida pelos convidados.
Somente um cozinheiro ganhará o prêmio.
Os convidados do evento votarão em quem merece ganhar o prêmio do evento utilizando Educash (dinheiro do monopoly) e o cozinheiro em que receber mais Educash e totalizar o valor mais alto da competição, irá ganhar o prêmio.
O prêmio sera de $1.000,00 dólares australianos, sendo este pago em $500,00 em dinheiro no dia do evento e $500,00 dólares pagos por produtos que iremos solicitar durante os nossos eventos de 2021. Enviaremos a solicitação dos produtos com até 1 semana de antecedência e realizaremos o pagamento de acordo com o número de produtos solicitados. O valor dos produtos serão de acordo com o valor de venda no mercado atual.
4- ACEITAÇÃO DO TERMO DE USO
O participante declara ter lido, entendido e que aceito todas as regras, condições e obrigações estabelecidas no TERMO de Adesão.
5 – DO FORO
As partes elegem de comum acordo o Foro do domicílio do CLIENTE para dirimir toda e qualquer divergência decorrente do presente contrato.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE EDUCONNECTING BRAZILIAN MARKET EVENT.
These General Terms and Conditions of participation apply to the “Educonnecting Brazilian Market” event, offered through Educonnecting Student Agency’s digital platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

- OBJECT:
The purpose of this instrument is to establish the contractual conditions for the “Educonnecting Brazilian Market” event, which is directed to people who are interested in participating in the event and being present at the Educonnecting Student Agency, on the specified date and time.
The event participant who applies to cook and bring Brazilian food must appear 30 minutes before the event starts and must bring the food ready to serve and their own equipment to keep the food fresh during the event.
The event participant who registers on our website and book a place at the event to attend as a guest must attend the event at the time it will start and they will try the foods offered by the participating cooks and vote using Educash monopoly money on who should win the best prize Brazilian food from the event.
This event will run from 4pm to 6pm on 06/07/2021 and on 13/06/2021 (*if we receive more than 10 submissions for chef).
Important:
– Only people who register will have their place reserved and will be able to participate in the event. The event will take place in the cities of Sydney and Gold Coast.
– The amount of $50 offered as an incentive for the chef will only be designed with an invoice filling in their information and ABN number. The amount will only be paid on the day of the event for those who brought the food and who followed the protocols about how it should be served on the day of the event.
– Only one prize will be offered on the day of the event. The prize will be $1,000.00 Australian dollars, which will be paid in $500.00 in cash on the day of the event and $500.00 paid for products that we will order during our 2021 events. We will send the product request within 1 week of before.
– We will have a limited number of participants for the event, which will be 10 participants who apply to bring Brazilian food and 50 people who apply to attend as a guest.
– Educonnecting reserves the right, at any time, to be photographing the event and photographing the participants to use it on our social networks and website.
2) THE REGISTRATION:
For proper registration made on the website, the participant must provide the full required data. After confirmed the registration, an electronic message will be sent including all information about the day of the event. The message that we will send with all the details of the event must be checked on the registered email address.
3) THE EVENT AND PRIZE:
The event will be held on 06/06/2021 at the Educonnecting Student Agency office at the following addresses:

Educonnecting Sydney Suite 302, Level 3, 249 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
Will be considered for the award, all participants who signed up to bring a Brazilian food to the event and followed the protocol of arriving 30 minutes before the event starts and brought the food properly ready to be consumed by guests.
Only one cook will win the prize.
Event guests will vote for who deserves to win the event prize using Educash (monopoly money) and the cook who receives the most Educash and totals the highest competition value will win the prize.
The prize will be $1,000.00 Australian dollars, which will be paid in $500.00 in cash on the day of the event and $500.00 paid for products that we will order during our 2021 events. We will send the product request within 1 week in advance, and we will make payment according to the number of products ordered. The value of the products will be according to the sale value in the current market.
4 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE
The participant declares to have read, understood and accepted all the rules, conditions and obligations established in the event TERM.
5 – THE FORUM
The parties elect by agreement the Forum of the domicile of the CLIENT to settle any and all divergence arising from this contract.
