Educonnecting or “we” reserve the right, at Educonnecting‘s sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and this site at any time without notice. Any subsequent access or use by you of this Site shall constitute acceptance of these modifications.

This site is operated by Educonnecting and all information contained on this site is owned or licensed by Educonnecting.

This section 3 regulates your use of and access to:

  • Our social media channels and platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter), (collectively, the “Communication Facilities”).

What we expect from you when you use the Communication Facilities

When accessing and using the Communication Facilities, you must not:
  • Publish, communicate or transmit any unlawful, criminally threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, defamatory, derogatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or inappropriate material, including any material that materially and adversely affects the reputation of Educonnecting. Our right to moderate the Communication Facilities

We welcome all your feedback, both positive and negative, but sometimes it will be necessary to moderate (review, approve or remove) content without your prior agreement on Educonnecting‘s Communication Facilities. The decision to moderate content will be at Educonnecting‘s sole discretion, but may be based on factors including, but not limited to, acting contrary to “What we expect from you when you use the Communication Facilities” (set forth above).

We may also block users from the Communication Facilities at our sole discretion, unless we are not permitted to do so (for example, if a social media channel does not allow us to do so).

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
