We understand that the situation we are currently experiencing can be difficult for many people, so if you feel depressed and are experiencing feelings of anxiety, anguish and worry, it is important that you talk to someone and of course, ask for help.

It is essential that during this time, you stay in touch with your family and friends. You should also seek help from your educational institution or from a student health care provider abroad.

  • Organize virtual appointments with your classmates to practice your English.
